  4. For returns and exchanges due to product quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs.
  5. For returns and exchanges not related to quality issues (such as a change of mind or ordering errors by the customer), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

II. Return and Exchange Process

  1. Customers must contact our customer service department immediately after discovering a product issue and provide the necessary purchase documentation.
  2. Our customer service department will verify the information provided by the customer and provide specific return and exchange instructions.
  3. Customers must follow the instructions to return the product to the designated address.
  4. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt and notify the customer of the processing results within 3 working days after the inspection.
  5. For eligible return and exchange requests, we will process the refund or replacement as soon as possible.

III. Handling of Quality Issues

  1. For product quality issues reported within 7 days of receipt, we will provide a free return or exchange service.
  2. Customers must report the quality issue immediately upon discovery and provide corresponding photographic or video evidence.

  4. For products confirmed to have quality issues, we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair service according to the customer’s choice.

IV. Other Important Notes

  1. Minor scratches or damages during transportation are not considered quality issues and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Customers should inspect the product quantity and quality immediately upon receipt; any issues should be reported to us immediately for timely handling.
